Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide DPS, maintain security and audit records, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements, including requirements that may apply to motor-carrier and driver-qualification records. Retention periods vary by record type and customer relationship.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
